Glorious Sundays!!! Jason and I finally got to relax a little today. We slept in and spent tons of quality time together. It was lovely! I was able to finish my mom's quilt before having lunch with Anna and Travis. Jason and I met them for pizza at pizza hut... yum!!! After pizza we went back to the house and began painting that red room again. We then met my side of the family for my mom's Cracker Barrel birthday! Yum again! Jason and had a really fun time with family and were able to relax. Again, so thankful my husband loves my side of the family and that they love him too. . . how could you not! Jason fits in so well and is fun to be around. I love how sneakily he slides in a joke when you least expect it. My family laughs at the fact that he says so little when visiting them (or visiting anyone cause he's so quiet) and then all of a sudden... Jason cracks them up with a joke. I love that I married a charming man :^) P.S. mom loved her gift. Also, it meant the world to me that Jason said I was really good at making quilts :^) I'm so thankful I have a husband that goes out of his way to tell me how much he loves me.

At mom's birthday party, they gave Jason about five computers from Bucko's office. Jason agreed to clean out the computers and my parents offered us one as payment for his work. Again... so glad my husband takes time out of his life to help my family. I love that! Also... so thankful my family doesn't try to get him to work without paying him or doing something for him (he usually never accepts, which is always something I find unbelievably sweet about him). After Jason worked on the computers some, we headed over to paint the house... again! Then, off to Home Depot (our second home away from home). Today was the day we finally finished the red room!! We were going to paint more, but we got sick of painting. We'll stick with one red room. Jason was amazing and cleaned up the new house while I finished painting... meant so much to me because I really didn't want to do that! We then had a scrumptious chicken dinner and then read the hunger games... yes!
Fun memory for Jason:
After working super long days at the house, I begin to get a little goofy when exhausted. For some random, unexplained reason I began to sing the following...
"In the navy, in the navy, that's where you go to go.... in the Navy."
I have blue and white striped shorts I wear to bed sometimes and I always feel like a sailor in them... maybe that's where the song came from? I don't know. Anyway... it made Jason laugh a lot! It was a perfect way to end the day... we were too happy to sleep and we just stayed up laughing and holding each other. I couldn't of had a better evening :^)

Today was an ordinary day. I got to work and soon after received my very kind "morning sweet love" text from Jason. Poor Jason couldn't sleep last night. He always has trouble falling asleep. We both were pretty exhausted . . . we've worked day after day after day on the house. Jason and I both decided while at work that we would take today off from housework. . . . therefore, I have no good explanation why we ended up at the house. Oh well... we both are ready to move in anyway. It'll be nice to get it all done!

Today I woke up late... I mean late! I woke up 20 minutes late... 10 minutes left before I had to leave the house. I accidentally woke up Jason, too. I don't know how he woke up! Other than swearing loudly and running into the wall cause I was in a hurry and couldn't see... I was as quiet as a mouse! I quickly took a 5 minute shower, got dressed, and then was about to run out the door when I heard Jason's voice "Love, I made you a peanut butter sandwich... it's in the kitchen." How amazing is he!! I didn't expect him to get out of bed so early just to make his disheveled wife breakfast! I'm so lucky! When I got to work I thanked him for doing it, his response was: "You really are a great wife." I don't know what I'd do without him!

To be very honest... I am writing this later than I should... I can't for the life of me remember anything that we did today! The only thing I have written down from today was my "good morning" email I send Jason every morning. Today I woke up and wrote Jason this email:
Morning love!
thanks so much for all you do :^) I hope you slept well. The week is almost over!!!! :^) Have a good day love. Many many many kisses :^)
-love
Even when I can't remember what we did... I know I at least had someone wonderful to share it with. I couldn't be happier with my husband. With or without notes or memories of what he's done for me... I know he's the most incredible man I've ever known. I can see it in the way he treats our pets, friends, coworkers, and even strangers. He's not perfect (none of us are) but I wouldn't change him in any way. Not only am I lucky enough to at least have someone to spend ordinary, forgettable days with... I've been given the kindest, loving, and most entertaining man that has ever lived :^) To many more forgettable days with the man of my dreams... for always.

Today I got off work early! Good Friday. I got a text right at 11 (when I got off work) from Jason that read "Happy off work time!!!!" I got so excited because I thought he was going to leave work early, too! Turns out he was just excited for me :^) Although I would have loved to of seen him early, it meant a lot to me that he was that excited for me. Well, once out of work, I promptly went home and slept! Been an exhausting week! Once Jason woke me up, we began working on the house again... it's really really tiring working on the same thing over and over again. Oh well! We are lucky enough to have a house :^)

Today we actually were able to move our stuff in! It felt really strange picking up our things and just walking to the house next door to us! I loved it! I would go into detail about the day more, however, describing how each box we took over was heavy or filled with this and that sounds really boring to me. Therefore, I'll just say we were super busy. I will say this, though. Jason and I took a break at one point and went for a Target run. Jason says it's not really a Target run once you've graduated college. I disagree. Although... normally you don't do a Target run to go buy a computer desk... in college it was for soap or a notebook. Anyway... we did buy a really awesome desk for the new computer to go on! When I was younger I never put anything together... I mean anything. I don't think I ever really even picked up a screwdriver. Jason on the other hand... he took apart a computer at 13 and then figured out how to put it back together again. Anyway... Jason's taught me a lot about how to build things and even just assemble simple pre-built bookshelves. We had a lot of fun working on the desk. Took longer than we thought, but that could be because we ended up making out instead of building it for a while.... oh well, worth it.
